The Consultation Process
To be accepted by the District Council and to become an integral part of the planning process a Neighbourhood Development Plan must fulfill certain requirements. One of the most important of these is to engage closely with its community through consultation events such as open days and surveys.
2015 Neighbourhood Development Plan Survey
In June 2015 we distributed our Neighbourhood Development Plan Survey to 479 households throughout Brailes Parish. 15 street champions’ delivered and collected these ten days later. We had an impressive 83% return rate.

The results of the housing section of the survey were used to produce a “Brailes and Winderton Parish June 2015 Housing Status Report” which was adopted by the Parish Council at their meeting on Monday 28th September 2015.
