Core strategy assessments

The Core Strategy is a document which lays out the District Council’s planning policies up to 2031. Details are available at

Flood Risk Maps. Following much local discussion relating to various flood risk assessment maps we provide here clarification of which maps we are currently using within the Neighbourhood Development Plan. Click Here

This page provides links to some of the Character, Sensitivity and other assessments of areas within Brailes parish commissioned by Stratford District Council for the Core Strategy evidence base.

Brailes’ categorisation as a Local Service Village (LSV) and consequential allocation of new homes under the Core Strategy, has resulted in the District Council commissioning of a number of surveys to assess the settlement’s suitability for these new homes.

The following links will take you to a selection of those surveys currently published on the Stratford District Council’s website, within the Core Strategy evidence base files.
